Very surprised. Would I be correct in assuming that the people who produced the projections in the Preview are not the same people who provide the BGP rankings?

I'll go as far as "has a good chance to head back to Highlands.":thumb:

LexCath needs to fix its offense or the long run that looked likely at the start of the year may be shorter. And that is not a red flag concerning Reece Ryan. Even before Bolin went down the offense was not hitting on all cylinders. And the defense needs to play appropriately for run-dominated teams.

 

So while not happy that LexCath is not showing up in Region finals in the prediction I understand it.

Interesting. Lex Cath and sometimes Boyle have been ranked above Knox Central and Russell County almost all of the season. Yet the preview predicts KC and RC to meet in the regional finals with KC winning. Odd......

I was hoping y'all had some deep insight that I had missed.

I was hoping y'all had some deep insight that I had missed.

Well, to be honest, Region 4 has four very good teams that can compete. LC lost their starting QB, which has to be a factor. and only two teams get to advance and the BGP raking staff has compared the teams and factored in losses to injury and team dynamics and come to the conclusion printed in the preview. No matter, Region 4 will be exciting.
