November 17, 201213 yr I've been deer hunting for close to 20 years and I've never seen one. And Henderson has a pretty good population of them. I have encountered 2 in the past month. One during M/L season and one just the other day. They're like enormous housecats creeping through the woods. Fascinating... To the stand
November 17, 201213 yr I have one mounted on a faux rock downstairs in my mancave. Average size male. Beautiful cat. My brother-in-law called in a female and he had it mounted leaping for a grouse (one he had already had mounted) and it's absolutely beautiful. His cat is twice the size of the one I killed. I've seen bobcats several times in deer season, never in turkey season. They are quiet and can take what seems like an hour to sneak 20 feet when they're stalking something. Amazing animal. And they're in plentiful numbers in EKY anyway.
December 6, 201213 yr Been killin' turkeys for years in Kentucky and across the lower 48. Same with Coons.
