Mitt Romney seemed so prepared....

This thread is more pathetic than BGH's 15 threads a day..... Some of you can't just accept the fact that Romney worked President Obama over, can you?

Congrats, you've made my ignore list.

I'm heartbroken, I've already posted in the other thread that Obama did poorly. I'm sorry supporting a candidate who is totally devoid of character and integrity is ok with you.

If there is indeed a rule then he broke the rule.

So , is there a rule?

I don't know, I'm waiting for 2 Hump to provide us with a link. I searched but couldn't find anything, seems like everything I saw was rather vague.

Each debate's "rules" are negotiated between the two candidate's campaigns before the debate's are finalized and from what I gather these negotiated agreements are not made public.

So if it comes to light that agreed upon rules were broken what will your reply be then?

I'm a Patriots fan, remember....If you ain't cheatin', you ain't trying.

I can accept this.

I wonder about the rules. Romney reaching in his pocket and laying whatever it was on the podium does look suspicious but without knowing the rules and probably not being able to find them out it is all just speculation now. To be honest I expect Obama to bounce back in the next 2 debates and if he doesn't then I guess we'll see just how important the debates really are in determining the POTUS.

It's only fair to be allowed to speculate based on perceived character. It's what happens to the Kenyan born, Muslim, no college transcripts having, suburb destroying, free cell phone giving, 90B energy jobs wasting, Bush blaming, socialist Obama everyday on BGP and abroad.
I think it's much more fair to wait until we know what the rules were or if they were indeed notes. But hey, it's what happens to the ultra rich, Mormon, no tax record, big house living, dog hating, poor people loathing, business crushing, Romney everyday on BGP and abroad.

Thanks, Habib. Any chance, in your estimation, with the outcry that they'll be made public?

I would be surprised since I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else, so I'm not sure if it has much traction. Not to mention one of the campaigns would have to leak it. Romney has no incentive to, and it would just make Obama look bad for complaining.

Yeah, because it happens to him so much on here. Too bad. Life isn't fair.

Gotcha.

I know the source were this originated. Let's just say it's one of the most one sided forums out there, so I'm not surprised.

That's what I was thinking. If there were rules broken Obama probably sent Romney a text of a bird and kept it moving. Obama gains nothing by complaining. Probably would hurt more than help.

Gotcha.

Are there neutral sites out there? I get my neutral information from Habib. :D

It sure happens enough and it certainly happens an awful lot elsewhere.

That's right, life isn't fair. So what? Some are strong enough to deal with that fact, some aren't.

There are only two sites that I know of that are so extremely biased it'd make you want to hurl. The source of this is one of them and extremely Left, the other is extremely Right. This certainly is a much more neutral site then most I've seen.

I see way more Obama bashing than Romney bashing going on in my circles. I also see more insults hurled at Obama supporters than vice versa as well.
