For those that said the place was rockin' last night' date=' I thought the atmosphere was kinda pathetic for a playoff game. I've never heard so many people complain about people standing. I would hate to be an usher right now fielding all these complaints. As I was walking down the aisle, one guy said to an usher, "I've asked these guys to sit down multiple times, but they said this was their team and they were going to stand and cheer for them since it was the playoffs. I told them the playoffs wasn't an excuse to stand all the time, and they need to sit down as they're obstructing my view." IMO, at a playoff game, you should expect to be on your feet more than on your butt. If you're expecting to sit in your seat the whole game like a typical regular season game, then stay at home on your couch.[/quote']

Same thing happens at Bengals games. People love to complain.

Any chance the DL someone other than Cueto?

Be kind of tough to have someone else come up with any injury at this stage.

Old man Miguel could have fallen and hurt his back.

In six playoff games with the Reds, Scott Rolen has more errors (4) than hits (3).

Is that good?

I've heard you have to DL a pitcher if you're activating a pitcher. I know that isn't true during the regular season, but I've heard that's the rule for mid series replacement during the post season.

Now that I think about it you might be right.

Which is standard for you jumping in on something you have no clue about in the Reds threads...

How is that I have no clue? Please tell me.

Drive-by potshot. It's ok.

Or someone getting tired of reading it when I read the MLB forum.

How is that I have no clue? Please tell me.

Ok.I'll show you. This was SSC's post during Sunday night's game when Arroyo was dominating and Rolen had a couple of big RBI's. This was after him complaining all along that it was insane if Cueto and Latos didn't start the 1st 2 games of the playoffs, and that Frazier didn't start over Rolen.

Is it too early to say Arroyo had to start game 2 and Rolen had to start at 3B? After all as my man GT would say I'm just a fat guy on a couch.

He admits he was wrong. Then after Rolen makes a crucial error last night he tries to come back with the argument that Rolen should be sitting, and Frazier playing instead. It was weak. If you were in the Reds threads all year, you would have known that.

SSC has been on a crusade against Ellen all season. He says nothing all game and magically appears minutes after the error. Telling him to go aways isn't arrogant. It is wanting him to go away with his tired crusade. Now you are enlightened and can go back to tracking the Marlins... :thumb:

So "Go Away" is the correct response? With the justification being "I HATE losing"?

I come in and out of the Reds threads. But several posters have made the MLB forum quite unpleasant this year. Don't remember it that way at all in the past. So I don't post that much...

Those were two different posts directed to two different people. More evidence you take things too seriously. "I HATE losing" was directed toward Flotsam, who knew it was a joke.

Then don't read. Your opinion is okay but mine isn't because you don't agree with it? I've never complained about you in P&R, I've just stopped reading.

You can have your opinion. Nobody is saying otherwise.

I don't read as I have in the past. Problem solved. Good day!
