Since Dejujuan Walker is the fullback for the Dayton football team, I felt the BGP football community should be informed as well:

I typically don’t do this, but I’m asking for some help. Within the week, one of my players experienced a tragedy whereby his father was killed in an accident. This Young man is a senior and has a 3rd grade sister. Unfortunately, there is no mom, so his life has been turned upside down. While we as a school and community are temporarily trying to guide this young man and his sister through this, there is an immediate need for funds to bury the father, as there were no assets nor insurance. If any of you can find it in your hearts to help with just a small donation to help bury Mr. Walker, it would go a long way. In addition, if you have a connection to any charitable organizations which may be able to offer assistance, please forward to them. I would be more than happy to expand further if you would like to email me. There is presently an account set up at any 5th/3rd bank, or you may simply forward a check to me or the school. We will assure you it will be placed in the proper hands. Thanks for anything you can do. Every little bit will help, as we try to lay this man to rest. This is truly sad to hear. Prayers are with him and his family and the Dayton community

Donation has been made. Wish I could do more....i hope there is a good clean healthy family in Dayton that can provide these kids with a roof over their hear and help lead them on a good path for the sake of their futures. May god bless.
