I voted for the Red Sox, but I think it's between them & the Angels. Philly had some injuries, so it's hard for me to say them. Miami is understandable, but I still think it's one of those AL teams.

Red Sox. They blamed Francona and everyone thought someone else running the clubhouse would change their fate. What they weren't willing to admit is that they aren't that good of players anymore.

A close second is Big Green Horse. Complete and total disappointment.

I went with Miami.

Hard to really consider the Phillies due to injuries. As for the Red Sox, they just weren't all that talented.

The only other team to consider is the Angels due to them missing the postseason, but they're going to win 90+ games. Hard to say that's the biggest disappointment in baseball for me.

That leaves the Marlins. They spent a ton of money, opened a funky new ballpark, and hired an idiot for a manager. They were everyone's trendy AL East pick and even some's WS pick. They're not even going to reach 70 wins. Just atrocious, and now they're going to dump salary. What a nightmare.

Philly was NL fav in Vegas and close to overall fav.

Not a disappointment, but I just thought I would point out the Cubs lost 100 games this year.:D

The only reason I didn't choose Miami is because I think they made the wrong moves. Dumb move #1, Ozzie Guillen.

The Marlins because they ruined my baseball season...again (though Miggy's Triple Crown and hopefully my first championship in my big money keeper league will help redeem it).

I didn't see Ozzie out there on the field, up to the plate, or pitching any inning at any point in the year...

I saw Ozzie stick with Heath Bell way too long.

Proof that an idiot as manager can screw up a team with talent. He had some volatile personalities and his was not a good mesh.

Plus, Heath Bell SUCKS!!!

I think his contract was the reason for that. Not Ozzie...

The players didn't perform. Manager is HIGHLY overrated and definitely not the reason this team collapsed. They collapsed because virtually nobody performed up to expectations.
