Basketball season for 2012/2013 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Estill County ? Remember, please be constructive.

Losing Jones for the season will hurt but Coach Bentley will have another guard to take over that role. He has 2 that can play that role and are very good at it. Estill is yet playing another difficult schedule including a trip to Virginia at the end of December. I'm gonna say 15-19 wins.

Does Estill play any of the contenders in the region such as Knott Central, Perry Central, Hazard, Letcher Central, Breathitt and Leslie County? I know they have to play the 56th district teams (Powell, Lee, and Owsley) twice due to seeding, but in the past they seem to schedule most of their games with central Kentucky teams.

Estill actually has about 13 home games this year which is a major step up from about 8-9.

Estill was a young team that improved as the season went along last year. I'd think they would have to be expected to win 15+ games this season.

Really happy to see Estill and Garrard renewing their basketball rivalry. They played every season from 1995-2005 but had only met once (in a holiday tournament) since then. These two schools are fairly close in proximity and talent and should always play.

Which side of the Bracket is Garrard on in the Legacy Nissan Shootout at North Laurel? Are them and Estill on the same side? If so they could meet twice. Estill wanted to play Garrard last year but Garrard's schedule was already full. They should play in every sport. Not sure why they quit playing each other in baseball
