SvFan4life
Would potentially involve Carl Crawford, Josh Beckett, and Adrian Gonzalez. Holy crap.
HammerTime
Why would they take on all this salary? I'll wait and see how much the Red Sox are paying to judge.

sweet16
Would potentially involve Carl Crawford, Josh Beckett, and Adrian Gonzalez. Holy crap. Wouldn't all three have to put on waivers and ame it to the dodgers for this to go through at this time of the year?
LRCW
Wouldn't all three have to put on waivers and ame it to the dodgers for this to go through at this time of the year? With their salaries not to hard to believe.

SSC
I think they were all actually claimed by the Dodgers. How much money do the Dodgers owners have and how much are they willing to spend? Holy.
Clyde
Wouldn't all three have to put on waivers and ame it to the dodgers for this to go through at this time of the year? I know Beckett was put on waivers yesterday and the Dodgers claimed him. I'm not sure what the rules are. Can one guy be claimed and that allows for one trade with multiple players? Clyde
I'm interested to see what they give up for these 3 players. Pretty sure Loney is going to the Sox. Not sure if any others are. I think Boston was just looking to dump payroll.
Clyde
Looks like minor leaguers as well. In addition to Gonzalez, Crawford and Beckett, the Dodgers will get veteran utility infielder Nick Punto, according to four people familiar with the details of the trade. The Dodgers will send the Red Sox a package that includes first baseman James Loney and four minor leaguers: right-handers Rubby De La Rosa and Allen Webster, outfielder Jerry Sands and infielder Ivan De Jesus Jr. Dodgers flash the cash in deal for Adrian Gonzalez - latimes.com
