Looks eerily like last season.

Hearsay made this comment in the updates thread and I wanted to bring it over not to call him out, but to provide context. This NC team looks nothing like last year, and is much better. This is a very good Franklin Co. team that was just too explosive on offense. NC had several costly turnovers, but was right there in the fourth quarter. A good bounce or two and this is a very interesting game. With the offensive firepower FC was able to throw at NC, they would've scored 100 against last year's bunch.

Nelson is much better than last year, but FC has to get better on defense. Every time the flyers did stop Nelson officials bailed them out. Tackling was poor for Franklin as well. However in the defense does play the whole game for FCHS, they score at will. Its unreal, as well as on special teams. I think they had a defensive td, for 100 yd return and two special teams scores.:sssh:

Congrats to Franklin Co. Keep it rolling.

I have to ask for both teams, where is the defense?

43 less than they (FC) gave up in their last game.

True, but they didn't play anybody near the talent of Connor.

Franklin Co only ran 26 plays with the starters. The tackling was terrible and FC couldn't get any pressure on the QB. Gotta get better Flyers. But, some of the Offensive skill players have to play D for FC to improve the D. Weird game really.

# 5 for Nelson is really good. Tough, quick and the QB #12 had a good game too. Good luck to Nelson Co the rest of the year.
