August 13, 201214 yr Can we just bring him up already? total season stats .315 avg / .412 obp / .431 slugging 113 games 103 runs 20 2B, 13 3B, 3 HR, 41 RBI's, 73 BB's, and oh yeah I almost forgot 139 SB's ( crazy to even type that ) last 10 games at AA .317/.440/.415 with 20 steals I think the energy and excitement he will bring to the team and fans will be off the charts when they finally bring him up. Even just to pinch runner he could be a game changer late innings.
August 13, 201214 yr I like the idea of bringing him up when the rosters expand but he's not ready to hit at this level. He is only hitting .288 in AA so far in limited action.

With his speed, if he's able to sustainably hit anywhere from .260 -.275 he'll be a nightmare for opposing teams whenever he is called up for good. I think the plan will be to bring him up with the expanded rosters, give him a couple (1-2) spot starts in September and mainly use him as a pinch runner. If that goes well, I look for him to have a real shot next spring at making the club from the start.

He has just over 20 games at the AA level.

August 13, 201214 yr Author I'm not talking about dumping into the lineup...I would be shocked if he's not brought up when the rosters expand regardless if he's on the 40 man or not. His speed can win a game in the late innings.
