Also, I saw a lot of speculation that Shane was playing dumb this whole time, and was in fact much smarter than he let on. No, he was dumb. Only a moron would ever agree to go up in the situation he just did.

He didn't agree to it. He had no choice.

I'm sure he didn't go all in agreeing, but did he fight it? Did he argue why that shouldn't happen with Daniel? Everything I've read said that he didn't really put up a fight as to why Danielle shouldn't do it. It really should have been as simple as Shane asking why Dan felt he needed to come off, assuring her that he would evict Ian and Dan had nothing to worry about.

Shane didn't fight, at all, for Danielle to not use the veto, so he is an idiot, plain and simple in my book.

Dan has played a cut-throat game for sure this time around. I sincerely hope the jury doesn't "Russel Hantz" him, which is very possible.

My personal thoughts on why he took Shane out are simple, Shane wasn't going to take Dan to the final 2 if Shane won final HOH, Ian is.

What Dan has done in the house is amazing. He has almost single-handidly decided most of what has happened, with only competitions not going as he planned getting in the way. But when that has happened he has made a new plan and everyone just floats along with whatever he is selling.

I am very worried of a robbery in the jury, but regardless I'll go ahead and say it, well played Dan, well played.

ps: Frank is a joke calling himself a true fan of the game and being bitter about getting played, um.....that's the game dumb Butt.

Tonight is finale night....Who does everyone think wins?

If Dan wins final HOH, I think he wins 6-1 (with only Jenn voting for Danielle).

If Ian wins the final HOH, I think Ian wins 4-3 (with Shane, Britney, Frank, and Ashley voting for Ian).

If Dan can pull this off (and I mean winning the final jury vote) he will have just played the best start to finish game of any player I can remember. He drafted a possible finalist after everyone thought his draft sucked, he survived a sure elimination and has controlled most of the action in the house one way or the other. Having said that I fear jury bitterness.

Agree with all you stated and fear the bolded.

Who do you think Ian takes to final 2 if he wins the final HOH. Who would Dan take?

Here is what I anticipate based on the live feeds (POSSIBLE SPOILERS): scroll down if you don't care to read, again I'm nowhere near certain.

I believe Dan will throw the final part anticipating Ian taking him to the final 2.

IF Dan wins I believe he will take Ian, which is not what I would have thought previously. He was practicing his speech last night (if you have the flashback function go to 2 AM last night, it's good stuff) and in his speech is was predicated on Danielle being gone.

I went to jokers and read where he was practicing his speech. Even told what it was. Just wondered if we would have any suprises?????? Is the final HOH live tonight?

  • Author

Yes, final HOH is live tonight I believe. If I'm not mistaken it always is.

Also saw you mentioned jokers, I like Big Brother Dish much more personally.

Both deserve to win for different reasons. We'll see in a minute...pulling for Ian.

Too much spite.

Shane calmed down a bit, but when they were first showing him once Dan came up onscreen, I got the impression he was going to slug him the moment he exited.

I do also think that some just really found Dan's gameplay morally reprehensible. I can't say I'm crazy about him admitting to swearing on the Bible, his wife, rings, etc.

6-1? That's unbelievable. I can't believe Jenn and Ashley voted for Ian. Especially Jenn.

Dan played a great game, but so did Ian. Only difference for me is how slimy Dan came off as the last few weeks unfolded.

If Dan doesn't play it that way, he doesn't go to the end. It's just that simple. From the moment of Dan's funeral (which BTW, without that he is gone that week for sure) to the end, he pulled all the strings. The one thing he couldn't do was win the last HOH which cost him the win. To Ian's credit, he played a good game as well and won more comps, and won the two he had to win or else he would have been gone.

This is not about Ian, I don't hate Ian.

Dan got screwed. What a joke (in my opinon), a joke. Like Janelle said, if the jury doesn't vote for Dan it's a travesty. It was. Dan played the best game, BY FAR, Ian was gone without Dan pulling the screw job on Shane just last week.

Bitter jury syndrome kills me in both Big Brother and Survivor. More so in BB because it is my favorite reality show bar none. Vote for the best player people, arguing that Ian was a better player than Dan is insane. He wasn't bad, but come on.
