Just got the news from my dad. The Dr. called him at home. It's malignant. I'm not sure what's next. And according to what he told my dad, the results showed that the cancer didn't come from somewhere else. I have no idea what's next. I think he is planning on seeing a specialist in Lex. or at least that's what's in his head. Not the results I was obviously hoping for. Tough evening at the old spindoc house.

Keep the faith, Spindoc. You never know how a patient will respond to different types of treatment. Prayers for you and Dad.

I surely appreciate my BGP family and all of the prayers that have been offered up on his behalf. He has an appointment in Lexington on Wednesday to discuss what's next. I still haven't seen the pathology report. Weird thing is that the pathologist that taught me pathology was the physician who stamped it. I regret all of the times I cussed that guy.
