June 5, 201214 yr I can't get excited about the MLB draft. It's not like the other 2 major sports. We can only hope the guys the Reds drafted stay healthy, reach their potential and keep all of us from hammering Dumsty.
June 5, 201214 yr Author Wish they would have given a look to one of the 4-5 3B they were rumored to be in on, but the MLB draft is such a crapshoot. Yesterday was a bit of a landslide starting with Appel and trickling down all night...There was top 10 talent not going until the supplemental round... I have my eye on two guys in particular still, they are not 3rd Baseman bit there are still good 3rd basemen left... Its rumored the Reds went a little safe yesterday to save money for guys today that many teams wont draft due to money...Lots of top international talent still out there...
