I was looking @ the Trinity website and saw the their freshmen were 18-2 this year and JV was 22-3. I know it is a step up when talking about varsity, but with the guys they have back along with this young group, it looks like they are set to beat battling for the top spot for quite some time now.

Heard Quick might not play this year. If this is true this a huge loss for the rocks.

I would think the football forum would have been blowing up if so ...I suspect he may just play football, if this is true. Senior year is a big year, and maybe he has decided to participate fully...Senior retreat might be hard to work in, for instance, with basketball.

I disagree. They'll probably be a better team offensively without Quick. Defensively they may suffer but I don't think Quick not being on the team will affect their success.

I'd say he is just protecting his D-1 football future. Can't say I blame him. He gains nothing by transferring from Trinity. Where can he go to be in a better football situation than he is in now?

Quick is playing summer ball with one of the Louisville team - Villa, I believe.

From what I am hearing he is playing a tournament this weekend with The Ville then putting basketball to rest. Heard he wants to be able to participate in all of the all star events like the army game which will conflict with basketball.
