I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M READING THESE POSTS ABOUT OFFICIALS DEDICATING THEIR TIME AND ALLOWING KIDS TO ENJOY SPORTS, PLEASE! THIS IS A JOB FOR THEM, THEY ARE NOT DOING THIS OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THEIR HEARTS. EVERYONE THAT GOES TO WORK HAS TO ANSWER FOR MISTAKES AND BAD JUDGEMENTS THAT THEY MAKE ON A DAILY BASIS, THAT IS PART OF LIFE. WHEN OFFICIALS DECIDE TO DICTATE THE OUTCOMES OF GAMES OR EVEN THE PARTICIPATION OF CERTAIN PLAYERS DURING THE GAMES, THEN THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME ACTION TAKEN, MORE OFTEN THAN NOT- THEY SMILE AND WALK AWAY WITH IT. APPARENTLY THE PAY FOR THESE JOBS IS NOT TOO BAD, I HAVE RAN INTO FOLKS FROM 2-3 REGIONS AT SOME OF MY FAVORITE OTBS AND ESTABLISHMENTS LOCATED ALONG THE RIVER IN INDIANA. - IN CLOSING, IF THEY CAN'T TAKE THE VERBAL RANTS OR EMOTIONS FROM THE PAYING PUBLIC DURING GAMES, THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULD GET OUT OR AT LEAST FIND ANOTHER SECOND JOB WERE PEOPLE WEAR ROSE COLORED GLASSES.

Using all caps is considered "shouting" on the internet, and it makes your posts a little tough to read.
