April 26, 201214 yr Does the Reds have the best bullpen in baseball with Chapman as a member? Keep in mind they are without 2 of the best RP the have. (Masset and Madson) I think they've got to at least be in the discussion, which is pretty insane considering 3 of their better relievers are out.
