Boone Co started out ice cold from the field missing first 10 shots.

 

KCC is looking pretty good. They have very nice size and the Davis kid is dominating. He is hot from behind the arc hitting his first 3 treys and he has 13 points I believe with 4 min left in the half.

 

Boone needs to step up and start hitting some shots. They have hit 6 of their last 9 but 0-7 from 3pt line. They have to start burying a few treys.

Hard to feel good about Boone's chances. KCC's leading scorer has not even scored. Very impressed by the youth of KCC.

Unless things get turned around in a hurry, looks like another early exit flame out by the 9th region representative.

Boone doesn't have the offense to make up huge deficits. They need the game to be methodical (sort of like the football team). That is when they are at their best. Of course, if you can't hit shots, you can't win.

Justice ends the third with a triple. He scored 7 in the 3rd. KCC leads 49 to 38.

Knott really making it look easy. The folks in EKY have something to be excited about.

This game is over. Nobody for Boone Co is stepping up as McQueary is being taken out of the game. Pitts is the only one who is hitting shots. Downs and Stanley have not shown up today.
