In order to get your jersey in the rafters, do you have to graduate? I may be wrong, but it seems I remember something about that in the past. I'm not for sure if any of the players mention have their degree from UK. I know Patterson is on his way to accomplish this in 3 years.

I think it is funny that Obama places all of the blame for the debt on the Bush administration for the two wars, drug plan, etc, etc... Please correct me if I am wrong, but as a United States Senator, didn't Obama vote to support the wars, drug plan, etc..? I just don't think that all of the blame, or credit for that matter can be given to ANY US President when in fact, the US Congress Declares War and votes/decides how to spend the money?

Depending on where you live, I would check with major universities nearby. UT, UK, EKU all have individual camps. You can get videos online from USA softball as well.

I think someone from the ACC will bolt to the Big East. Not for basketball per say, but for football. A Big East conference championship = BCS Bowl = Big Money. Clemson, Wake Forest maybe? Just guessing. I would like to see Marshall go, but they are not ready to compete at that level in basketball or football.

Perry's girls play Leslie County at 6. Perry and Knott Co. play a boys game after that. Just didn't want you to get confused. Both games are at Perry Central.

My junior year in high school I averaged 15 pts a game. My senior year I averaged 26 or so and earned a full athletic scholarship to play basketball. My education paid, my degree earned, four years of doing something I love. I was held back in sixth grade. Partly due to a poor sixth grade teacher, partly because I had the potential to be a good basketball player. With that said, it worked for me, but I also worked hard to help acheive that goal. Does it work for everyone, I would say not. However it did work for me.
