  1. Reports of some kind of collapse at Conley Bottom Marina. Several people reportedly trapped under the roofs on the piers and in boats. Edit: This is on Lake Cumberland near Monticello.
  2. Survivor kinda "Jumped the Shark" when Probst quit saying, "Guys come on in" when the cast came together for competitions.
  3. The last 15 laps were some fun racing to watch. Clean, hard driving finish.
  4. 3 cars taken out in turn 1, lap 1...I'd be heart broken if I was one of those drivers.
  5. Trees down all over the county down here, even a parked semi flipped over.
  6. Is PDS designation new, I don't recall seeing it before this spring?
  7. A line of storms about to roll through, probably delay the start an hour or so.
  8. Power 5 Football is already outside of the NCAA as far as the money goes. If the Power 5 completely leave the NCAA, then it would fall on them to foot the bill for championships in all the non-revenue sports. It honestly would be easier and less expensive to stay as is.
  9. Agreed, I also spent years in internal investigations with my company. The charged amount is always the number that you can prove and seek restitution on. It works out to around $1,400 a month...nice side hustle.
  10. Completely agree with #2, everyone can spin a sob story.
  11. I'd be willing to say he retired when he did, because he knew this was coming and would be a huge distraction for Mayfield Football going forward.
  12. Reports tonight from KSP saying the amount is right at $50,000. Indictment indicates thefts began when she was appointed interim President in 2021 and continued up until two days before her resignation. All according to WPSD news.
  13. As I understand it, when a player signs off to take the payment they give their NIL rights to the university for that year. Players may keep their NIL and turn down the payments if they feel they can generate more on their own. It was mentioned on the radio today that players may take half the payment and retain half of their NIL. I think it all levels out over the next 2 to 3 seasons to what ever the new normal will be.
