Congrats to the 7th Grade Scott Co team and Thunder boys great accomplishment in winning the State.:ylsuper: I thought the KBA did an excellent job as always in hosting the event.

He was seen driving the bus out of Lexington j/k.

I wish PC would of been full strength also. They were missing a key player on Saturday against McNabb.

If Pendleton wins their first game I like their chances to make a final four run in the upper right bracket.

SHS Future, You guys should not have any problems. Bracken is a very nice steady club. I think they have some good players in Ray, Riggs and Crawford. There probably is a Hamilton or Cooper in the bunch also j/k They are solid and will play hard and aggressive till the final horn.

Plus dunking the ball two handed easily.:scared: Is he playing guard on his middle school team?

I don't know about this being rediculous or not. What I do know is this kid is a good player and kid and whoever is making the decisions for him should be concentrating on his academics and less on his game.

Harper is number 30 and he scored the 5 points before the half. Which was key.He was the one that was accidently poked and scratched in the eye last night. Smith is # 41 and continues to make big baskets against the Birds. I have a feeling we will see the Birds again at Sharp this year:D By the way do the Birds not have Blue traveling uniforms? Tell that AD to let loose of some of that football money and buy those boys some road uniforms.

I think just like the regional the district should also be rotated every year. When it comes Late February or early March (the greatest time of the year) I will be there no matter where it is.

I could see the 38th district at least trying it. Especially Pendleton and Harrison Counties. Why does it have to be in Maysville all the time? At least everyone will be able to get in and it just may very well produce more revenue.

There is a set of twins in Falmouth that can hoop pretty good also. Logan and Tanner Florence along with Michael Walsh who as a freshmen is in his second year of Varsity basketball.

People were turned away at Maysville in 2005 at the finals so what would be the difference at Montgomery. If you want to see the games get there early.

So are you saying it should be at and you are going to drive North every year to the new Bank of Kentucky Arena? It will be the biggest arena. Or should it be rotated every year. If not it may come down to Maysville every 4th year with the district's voting. The 37th and 38th may just vote to have it at the new facility up north.

7th grade Game final. All good things must come to an end and time to start another streak. PC Sharp 7th grade winning streak comes to an end on the road at Summit View. The Wildcats had a 26 game conference win streak come to an end tonight. They went undefeated last year in conference play and in the conference tournament champions and was 8-0 this year before falling tonight to the Jags. Summit View has a very nice team:thumb: This game had all the makings for a great ballgame. The refereeing was the worst I have ever witnessed in 35 years of watching competitive basketball. But that is not the reason PC lost tonight to a better team. The officiating was horrendous for both sides. There were 4 technicals called in this game. 2 agains't both teams and one was a scorebook entry error on Summit View. I hate to say it but it looked like the refs knew which numbers were Monroe and Strong. Both had three fouls called on them in the 1st quarter and sat out the whole 2nd quarter. This was after PC jumped out on top early and Summit View had to call a timeout. Monroe and Strong picked up their 4th fouls in the 3rd quarter and a technical called on Monroe sent him done early for the night. (Which he deserved for telling the ref he made a terrible call.) It was but there is no excuse for talking to the refs. THe Matchup of McClendon and Monroe never got to materialize as McClendon played with 4 fouls also. Big ups to Aven Harper, Garrett Appleman and Zach Smith for carrying the load tonight. You guys played great! The Reason PC lost tonight was #40 I did not get his name but he lit PC up for 19 points and hit 5 three's. Again good game Summit View. But the ref's should not even be allowed to officiate 2nd & 3rd grade rec games. You two guys should be ashamed:madman:

I am a PC fan and no way would Coach O'Hearn or his kids would of run the score up. Mason County's program is nothin but a class act period! By the way did PC's Freshmen start or get to play?
