Don't tell me it's the great educational opportunities at Mason County. What are the circumstances that led this kid to end up at Mason? Wasn't he from Lexington? If not legit, his prescence cheapens and tarnishes Mason's one and only state championship and puts an asterisk (like Barry Bonds) on any future state titles.

Miller is a good player with a bunch of upside potential. That being said, it remains to be seen if he has the determination and heart to succeed on the college level the way Chris Lofton has. I suspect Miller will never be better than the 3rd best player on any team. He did make the right decision for him in not going to Tennessee. He would have always lived in Lofton's shadow and the comparisons would have been non-stop. Since he's going to the SEC there will probably continue to be comparisons.

Exactly---Clark was the better team today and Knowles carried them to victory.... they deserved it. All I've been trying to say is that Mason's talent is / has not being properly utilized!

Anyone who plays their tallest player out around the 3 point line does not know what they're doing. If they do, it's selfishness to allow the player to play at the position they will most likely play in college.

Congrats to Clark. Mason has a boat load of talent but unfortunately a very poor coaching staff. Things were further complicated by Mason County parents reserving and publicizing a possible party in Lexington.....assuming they got to the state tournament. Were people counting chickens before they hatched????

Royals could be #1 in the state if they would quit playing Scott as center! At home games, Mason should also have their fans sit on both sides of the court so that the visiting team has to sit in the upper deck. That's what I call a real home floor advantage.
