In years past, Juniors would be a rarity on the JV team. As mentioned before, at BC, if you're not on the varsity by the time you get to be a junior your chances arent too good of playing your SR year. Telling kids the cold hard truth was prominent back in Jody's days. It worked for him and it's obviously working now. Look at the success. Kids these days are never told "the truth" anymore and they and their parents, as Jack Nicholson said, "cant handle the truth". It's obvious who on here has or has not coached before.

It seems strange to me that LC was traditionally a top 2 team in the 16th but yet according to many of you they are no better than 6th in a lesser 15th. I have no affiliation with any of the teams so there is no bias or hidden agenda. JMO.

Tim Fraley/ Clay Euton I add Clay because of the tremendously positive impact (from a coaching standpoint) he has had on that group of players during the last few years. In my opinion, without his coaching they wouldnt be where they are. Coach Fraley has taken what Clay started and he's ran with it without skipping a beat. Kudos to both men. Coach Mays is deserving of votes as well.

Does he have any control over the little league, as in how it's operated? In high schools in which they are the lone high school in a county I would think the head coach would have some input over the feeder programs, but counties with mulitiple high schools would seem to pose problems as far as who makes decisions. Does that make sense?
