Congrats to Holmes. However from watching the game South Laurel beat themselves tonight. Proffitt and Hammonds played selfish ball. They both wanted to be the hero, and in turn costed South the game, but anyway South lost and Holmes won good luck to them tomorrow. Because with the way Wall's of Scott Co. is playing they are going to need it.

True South Laurel didn't play of top ranked teams in Ky, but they did play a lot of top ranked teams outside of Ky. Also you have got to understand that the schools have contracts that have to be honored with other schools. Which means you can't wait untill the season starts and then pick which teams you won't to play.

People this is high school basketball, and everyone knows anything can happen in high school basketball, on any given night.

I agree Corbin did get some bad calls, however when the calls did go there way they did not get done from the charity stripe. I don't know the stats but from what I can recall Crawford only hit 1 foul shot all night.

What about the South Laurel vs PRP semi-game in 05. That should be considered one of the best Sweet 16 games IMO.
