Would you consider Carson Palmer as being higher than top 10 QB a few years back? #1 pick, Heisman winner, big arm. They didn't make amy kind of run with him at the helm. Why do you now think that type of QB would get them there?

I just can't fathom how Pitt. could be so out of position to let the last play happen. There was a play earlier in the game where both TP and # 29 both met McGahee in the back field. I asked someone why wouldn't Denver just fake the run and take a shot. And they did.

The replay rule is an issue. However had the ref not blown the call on the field, there is no replay issue. The official that made the call was in poor position. Also some of these interfrence and personal foul calls made concerning recievers are a joke.

It shows that Pitt was unable to overcome adversity, which winning teams in the NFL do week in and week out.

The officiating was as poor as it could be all weekend. Detroit got hosed by a similar call.
