Now make up your mind, is Collins good or not. One says" it won't come back to bite ya if you under estimate him and the other says other coaches would love to have him. And yes he did get fouled. Had to be some contact there. No clean block. You say look at the score, [1] one point win. JBS drove for miles over crooked roads to get there, if they looked weary maybe that is the reason. Should be played on a neutral court. Cox had 19, Neely had 20. Stepp only had 14,way under his average, which is more important to some people than the win. I agree with you on that. I wish Owsley the best, hope they win the whole thing.

Driving for miles on crooked roads before you play a game is a definante disadvantage. Tournament games should be played on a neutral court. Give both teams a fair chance.

Owsley played a great game. It would have been hard for anybody to beat them at their house last night.

At least everyone knows who is in charge . Most schools put their coaches in situations where nobody knows who the real coach is. Some higher power is calling the shots. Some coaches won't be back next year. Big revelation.

We probably will get knocked off down the road, but it has been a great trip and we will be back next year with the same team.

Your big man is no match for Collins. I doubt that your guards can handle Stepp and Cox. Stepp is 6'2" at least and Cox is 5'10.5 and a very smart player. He gets more rebounds than most big men. He is 8th in the state on free throws . Stepp is 8th in the state on scoring. I guess we will have to wait and see. I don't like to predict winners. JBS guards can go inside and out.

Clark Stepp is ranked 8th in the state in scoring with 24.1 points a game. Tate Cox is ranked 8th in the state in free throw percentage with .873 He hit 55 out of 63. :thumb:

The better the team, the better JBS plays. It's easier to play up, than it is to play down. Cox was getting more rebounds then all the big boys. Stepp had a good shooting game and when he doesn't Cox picks up the slack. Collins didn't have a real good game. He missed a lot of free throws. but he got a lot of blocks .12 points ain't a bad win on the road. It was an ugly game . I don't like to watch that kind, but I love to win them.

JBS should have won by more than they did. It wasn't a pretty game, as Breathitt tried to stall the ball.

I think the idea of prayer after a ballgame is a great idea, I think it would ease any tension and make the fans feel better about the things that may have happened during the game. I don't think the idea of prayer is a stolen thing.No matter where you have seen it, to continue with it is good. Best thing I have heard sence I've been a member.
