  1. Steelers fans on here said they expected big things out of him this year. He is about as good a pick as Jerome Simpson at this point
  2. I think you need to find a new thread my man. WHO DEY!!!!! :dancingpa
  3. I didn't see 86 get any to be honest. This is about the post I expect from a Steelers fan. Considering the arrogance that Pittsburgh fans display, you don't expect us to talk after we beat you? Hilarious.
  4. A couple of more thoughts... Steelers up 13-0... go for it on 4th and 4 and miss... Cincy gets ok field position and goes down and kicks a field goal before half. That small drive was huge. I don't disagree with Tomlin going for the kill at that point, but it came back to hurt. The pick six... HUGE. Big play got them back in it. Ben played well, but that play turned it all around. Brian Leonard diving for the stick on 4th and 10. He's a playmaker. I love when he is on the field.
  5. If you watch Hines... he is always trying to pick someone off at the end of a play that isn't looking. Is that being tough? Crocker threw him to the ground and Joseph got him good too. That is the attitude this team needs. Also, #86 was called for several penalties on "pick" plays. I love it!!!!!
  6. There's something to be said about a team bouncing back and winning two games in a row that they weren't supposed to win after what happened to them in Week 1. Poor game management by the staff, but dang what a bounce back from Week 1.
  7. The other thread got me thinking.... I didn't post a poll because I want to leave it wide open.
  8. There is a lot of parity. I guess my question is if the SEC is overrated... then which conference is closing the gap since the beginning of the season?
  9. Pryor is a long way from being in this thread.
  10. I agree. Ole Miss is still pretty good... just not Top 5 or Top 10 good. That's why I never get too worked up about preseason rankings, it always works itself out.
  11. Yes, after the #1 and #3 team in the country there is a drop off. The SEC is the best conference, so I don't know how it could be overrated. Maybe there isn't as big a gap as some think? Tell me who is close to them though? The Big 12 has seen Oklahoma fall... the Pac-10 has seen USC & Oregon fall... those would have to be the next two conferences in line right?
  12. You are the one who says that teams don't recruit two QB's in the same class.. and if they do, that one always transfers. Why don't you come up with the examples of that happening all the time? For many reasons, players often don't turn out to be as good as the stars on rivals and scout say. I'd rather be deep at any position and have competition than to have only one option.
  13. I wasn't a part of that thread, but every single guy I saw on TV picked Carolina. It wasn't a big ledge you were stepping out on.
  14. Nice little segment on the Bengals/Steelers with Herm Edwards picking the Bengals and calling them a legit playoff contender. Not saying I agree, but those out there that think it is only Bengals fans are obviously wrong.
  15. If if if if if. The Thursday night home theory hasn't been great thus far. It is 3-2 this year right?
  16. I honestly don't pay attention, but it is funny when someone makes a post like that. Especially considering you were the only who one thought Ole Miss was overrated :idunno:
  17. I don't think you followed his post.
  18. Have contacts in any industry could be a big help.
  19. I've seen about 5 of these for different things... pretty old.
