  1. I agree with you on the thought that the SEC doesn't have anyone that would dominate in the other conferences. In fact, if I took the top team from every conference (USC, Texas, Ohio State or Michigan, Louisville or West Virginia, Clemson?), the ACC is the only one I would favor the best team from the SEC to win. Where the SEC is better, IMO, is 2 or 3 (depending on the conference) through 6.

What I don't agree with is your argument. Citing these out-of-conference records is a moot point on both sides, IMO. Sure, the 26 wins aren't very impressive, but the seven losses aren't either. They break down like this...

    1 by UK (Louisville)

    1 by Vandy (Michigan)

    1 by Arkansas (USC)

2 by Mississippi State (West Virginia, Tulane)

2 by Ole Miss (Missouri, Wake Forest)

The only one that is of any significance is Arkansas losing to USC and I think that can easily be offset by Tennessee's massacre of California. In fact, those are probably the only two games that should bear any weight in any discussion. The rest of those are virtually meaningless. Michigan beating up on Vandy is virtually the same as Georgia beating up on Western Kentucky. These records against other conferences don't bear much weight when you have a powerhouse in one conference scheduling a bottom feeder in the other...they may as well be scheduling Louisiana Monroe, IMO.

Example: Louisville beats Kentucky and West Virginia beats Mississippi State. The Big East is 2-0 vs. the SEC. Does that mean that it's a stronger conference?

I could be wrong, but I think RRR's point in posting that list was the fact that someone wanted to use that 26-7 record as a measuring tool to put the SEC above the rest of the nation, when out of those 26 wins only one, maybe two was a quality win...JMO.

  2. Ms. 02 was my guest at the rain soaked 70-7 game, and she brings it up EVERY TIME someone mentions the bird-stomping. The whole game she was shaking her head, asking 'Why would they do it? It was so stupid. It's like they had a death wish.'

    She's so cute. :D

That was a fun game...Minus the pouring rain, stinging wind, and temps in the middle 30's... That 70-7 score is exactly why it wont happen Saturday.

  3. Those twenty six teams

    Texas State

    Cen. Mich

    Memphis

    WKU

    Colorado

    UAB (twice)

    Wofford

    FAU

    Washington St

    Buffalo

    Lou Lafeyette

    Arizona

    Tulane

    Sou Miss

    UCF

    Hawaii

    Duke

    Lou Monroe

    Cal

    Air Force

    Marshall

    Memphis

    Tenn St

    Temple

    Utah State

    The seven losses

    Louisville

    West Virgina

    USC

    Missouri

    Wake Forest

    Michigan

    Tulane

Other than Tenn over Cal, I don't see the proof that the SEC teams would be so dominate in any other conference.

      :thumb:

  4. But its about soup and a soda. :laugh:You can dance the Cha Cha.

But it tells you how to do it!!! How much fun is that??? It's the ghetto Electric Slide...At least with CNS you can make up your own dance.

  5. What are some songs out that you like right now? Some of mine are:

    Come to Me- Diddy

Peanut Butter and Jelly- Cadillac Don

You Should Be My Girl- Sammie

I Wanna Love You (dirty version is better )- Akon

    Morris Brown-Outkast

    Pullin Me Back- Chingy

Stuntin' Like My Daddy- Lil Wayne

    Walk it Out- UNK

    Smack That- Akon ft. Eminem

Touch it or not (again, dirty version is better IMO)-Cam'Ron

    Money Maker- Ludacris

Those are just a few...More later.

  6. I agree if there are 2 undefeated teams they should play in the NC game, however right now Texas is ranked higher than UofL, and I really don't see them losing any time soon. I think the two undefeated teams should duke it out, I just don't see it happening unless the Ville puts a big hurtin' on the Mountaineers.

If there are more than two undefeateds, IMO thats when you start looking at schedules, and what the people on the schedules did...At that point, its probably up to the computers...There are still seven (give or take a few for different teams) left in the season, and a WHOLE lot could happen...So we'll see.

  7. I think after Auburn went undefeated a few years ago and didn't get in the N.C. game, they will be more adamant about putting the two unbeatens in the N.C. game. I think it also depends on how UL finishes the season...If they win out, and win those games convicingly, I dont really see how a one loss squad should jump them...Call me a homer if you want, but I just feel like if there are two (and only two) BCS schools undefeated at the end of the season, they should be in the N.C. game...I felt the same back when Auburn got the shaft.
