He is a great HS player but he just can't play D-1 QB due to his height and especially the height of the guys in front of him and rushing him. They would swat his passes with ease and he would never be able to see downfield.

First of all he is smaller than Flutie and there is no way his dad would let him play for UL. Too much of a distraction and conflict of interest. I would bet he just wants to be a regular college guy and has no interest in playing at the next level.

I also agree with him 100%. The stars aligned on that one night and they lost.

A legitimate measuring stick is returning starters,returning proven stars,etc. when you do that no question Male should be ranked #1, not the champ from last year just because they won. That's not logical as Mr.Spock would say!

I completely agree with you. Ranking should be based upon potential this year not what happened last year.

I can confirm that I did that a few times myself.

I was over at X yesterday morning before practice and I honestly saw nothing but construction equipment. There is very little open green space available, but you could not see the back of the property because of the construction. It would not surprise me if they are using GRCP or Germantown for practice.

I think they are looking at him as a D-1 athlete not a QB.

A lot of college scouts think Keith Tandy may end up being the best prospect in the state this year.

I am looking forward to watching them both play this year as well as others. I think it is going to be a special season both on the high school and college levels for us this year. Lots of stars all over the field at both levels. The list of great players will be a long one.

I think you will see bigger, stronger and if you can believe it a faster Vic this year. He has been working extremely hard in the weight room and is starting to mature as well, you will notice it immeadiately next time you see him. He will have a monster year!

He is a great player no doubt but I am not sure he is the Marquee player in his own district. I do think he will stay in state.
