I guess for UK football fans.... We suck and aren't going anywhere so let's hate on someone else for no reason. It's killing me but im gonna have to start cheering for UL over UK in football.

As I have said about the SEC all year... the only problem is the conference is too good for itself.

I have said all year the BCS title game will feature two teams with one loss...... so I guess your formula only gets harder......

You might wanna step your game plan up to make sure it doesn't happen. SEC has a lot of 10-25 teams. But I am no longer sold on the top.

See I don't get that... another team who won by a miracle against a bad team last week right? Its turning into who's "great" in the SEC this week... with teams flip flopping each week.

There probably the last hope but I am no longer sold on them. A lot of SEC teams have pancaked lately. They have a lot of good ball clubs in the conference but nobody wants to lead the pack.

Seriously doubt any SEC team is in the SHIP.......

Its not gonna happen... but I wish it would. I don't fear BC at all.

Heck go to Kroger they have a million things out there... hydroxycut.... xenadrine all kinds of stuff but BECAREFUL... that stuff will jack up your blood pressure. I would see a doc before trying anything if you have any kinda of hypertension.

I wouldn't even recommend it... if you got on an RX you would get addicted probably. Most do who ive seen on it.

Melatonin for me was placebo.... but hey it might work for you EVERY medicine works different for each person.

I dont know how old you are... but if your past Benadryl your entering the RX realm. Most DR's wont give sleep aides to someone under 25. They will say your just hyper... caffeine.. you have bad sleep hygiene... blah blah. Although, if you can legit tell them you are having insomina.. they might give you a trial of Ambien, which has a generic now, so it wouldnt break the bank.

Benadryl.... Benadryl.... Benadryl... or Diphenmydramine which is Benadryl... any of those expensive brand name "Tylenol" sleep aides.. have Tylenol and what? Benadryl in it... I actually work with a pharmacist who's uncle a Cincinnatian invented Benadryl.

You can buy a lot of RX's online now... but after working in a pharmacy for so long I would have to see it come from an actual pharmacy... thats just me.

Adipex... or Phenteramine is commonly used in pharmacies. Might not be covered by insurance but its only around 40 bucks a script I believe... go to Sams pharmacy. They are the cheapest.
