2-3 years....Again, there is a kid in middle school where the sky is the limit for him....I'm sure you know who I'm referring to.

Wow. :eek: Unfortunately I will have to disagree. What makes Mr. Jones getting the award so special is that he kept winning with a minimal amount of talent.

Oh I know they do. My father can back that up 100%. He was the master of referee abusing. He has seen the outside of many gyms. But, he was always smart of his seating so he would never interfere with the coaching. So if you want to yell and scream at the refs get you a nice middle/high seat. You can yell til your blue in the face. So, don't get the impression that I'm bashing fans. Unfortunately, I have experienced lack of support through out my playing time. I think one year we won 5 games. So, you can only imagine. When there only two seniors, you won't see a lot of support. My team had 8 or 9 seniors I forget. But, had a lot of support. Also, keep in mind some other things. Parents who were unsually highly involved with the program no longer have interest. Some names to throw out there, Afterkirk, the AD, the support has obviously died down. The support will return as quickly as the W's do.

Perhaps, talent on the rise. But not as much talent as other teams in this region.

Not a lot to cheer for.... Making direct comments to referees is NOT part of the game. I would recommend cheering the players and not much on the officiating. That's the coaches job...

Whether you like it or not you have to give it up for what Mr. Jones has done down in Gallatin Co. Honestly, this team does not have a lot of talent, but Mr. Jones still was able to produce a winning ball club. Well deserved.

I would recommend that the fans not says things to draw a technical. Simple as that...watch the game...

I have a feeling the reffing in this game did not factor into the outcome...

Oh, I definitely believe nobody deserved a spot. Just making a point about the lack of talent at Walton right now.

Unfortunately, I will have to agree with catfanatic. Walton does not have the talent or man-power to keep up with Grant Co. I hate to see some of the seniors go out this way, but when you have ZERO support(teammates/talent), nothing you can do about it.

I would also like to say Congratulations to Hensley and Tungate. Tungate,from what I've heard and seen, worked harder than anyone else in the off-season. He got better and stronger. If you want to compete on the varsity level, get stronger. Tungate went out and did that. Hats off to you. Reggie, you deserved better. You deserved a better year. Hopefully it's another lesson learned. I still enjoy watching you because you play so hard.

Not sure where to start. Blaming the refs is just about as bad as blaming the coaches. COP OUT. Look for anyway out of it. Face the facts, Walton is just not good. There is minimal to no talent here. It's not about playing loose and having fun when not more than 2 guys are even varsity material. Frank and Hensley and possibly Tungate are the only ones who are bonafied VARSITY players. The rest of the team would struggle making a JV team somewhere. You are so off base when you put down the coaching its amazing. Honestly, sit there and watch a game, and watch the talent out there. Its awful. Just because you play Varsity baskteball you think you have earned something. You haven't. This isn't JV basketball anymore people. Wake up. You can't just show up and expect to play well.

What talent? There is maybe one or two guys on this entire team he would even see the floop ANYWHERE else in Northern Kentucky.

Blame the coaches all you want...... Your wasting your time. The talent pool just isn't there. Everyone got spoiled after a couple seasons of good basketball.
