  1. That would be swell. Tell em they are doing a good job even though they are leaving the good name of John out of St. John. They could also pass alone that #1 Pittsburgh just lost to unranked Providence 81-73.
  2. Halftime South Laurel 24 Whitley Co. 19
  3. I've been out of town living for the past 8 months or I would probably have listened before.
  4. Sounds like the fouls are definitely hurting Whitley County tonight. Not saying the officiating is bad though. South just seems to be taking it to them. 22-14 South Laurel Foul on South..Whitley at the line now. Gilbert has 2 fouls. 3 for Ben Prewitt 22-17 South
  5. Other than the Saint references..excellent play by play. Feels like I'm there. I wasn't even aware of the station.
  6. Lowry gets his 8th point. 17-14 South Laurel Foul on Whitley..South shooting 1 and 1. Huff's ft no good, Wright gets rebound, passes back to Huff..puts it up and in and fouled. 19-14 with Huff at the line. 20-14 South Laurel.
  7. St. John picks up 2nd foul. Two team fouls on South. Crawford has 2 fouls for Whitley. St. John to the bench. Mike Storms gets his 6th point. 17-12 Whitley County
  8. I'm listening to the other link. I didn't find it on the NHSBN.
  9. St. John with 8 15-10 South Laurel 7:07 in 2nd.
  10. South Laurel 13 Whitley County 10 End of 1st Quarter
  11. Foul on Mike Storms. Zac Smith at the line. He was driving and fouled. Not sure why he went to the line. Hits 1 of 2. 10-8 Whitley. Dean steals it. St. John 6 points 10-10
  12. 8-7 Whitley County 2 minutes at the line. St. John blocks shot but called for Foul. Lowry at the line for Whitley first is good second is good 10-7 Whitley. Lowry has 6.
  13. 5-2 South Laurel after a Wes Dean 3. Lowry scores for Whitley 5-4
  14. These guys are kind of annoying referring to St. John as "Saint" but at least I get to listen. 2-2 5:15 remaining.
  15. Looks like KC is starting to pull away and get a comfort zone built up. Hang in there Cats! 3 here and there mixed in with a defensive stand and you're right back in it! I'd be feeding it to big Bargo. Draw some fouls on Miller and Bingham. DO NOT forget Chad Messer. He can kill ya. Teams focus so much on Miller and Messer will drop 3 or 4 trifectas in a hurry.
  16. True, but I like improving the chances. Back to topic, who has looked good for both teams? I am down this way for a few days and was considering making the trip up to Barbourville. Sounds like I am missing out.
  17. Games like this is why Holmes has unfairly dropped in the computer rankings. Lower scores and grind it out games. The closer games have been the main reason but I'm sure Bulldog fans know they are one of the top 5 teams regardless and will take a 21 point win when it counts any day of the week. Congrats
  18. WOW! didn't expect this. Looks like East is bringing it tonight. Maybe Elliott has been reading the clippings from ESPN. I expect them to pull away and avoid the upset but I'm pretty surprised at this score.
  19. Come on Lynn Camp and Come on Whitley!!! Let's get two of the other 3 favorites outta this tourney for Corbin's chances to improve!! Seriously though, sounds like a very exciting game. Central is a fine team and although they've been struggling as of late, Lynn Camp has some talent. I'd be lying if I said I didn't picture this game being about a 15 point margin in Central's favor though.
