Birds Fly South

It’s the thought which counts!

Ouch!

Eddie is a good coach, and there is no coaching upgrade coming that is going to fix this. This isn't a coaching problem-it's a Jimmys and Joes problem. Covington Catholic's biggest issue is the athletes. You can only coach the talent you have, and the talent gap is becoming more evident. And honestly, it gets even tougher after this year and in the years that follow. Changing coaches won't fix an athlete problem.

Deservedly so! The Colonels came out fighting like it was their rival St. Henry! 😜

That's funny.

There is much to process from last nights game. Covington Catholic Student Section leaving the stadium midway through the third Quarter still boggles my mind but I guess since Beechwood and Ryle are now their Rival says it all.

Point taken.

That sums up the state of CovCath if a 2A School is now their rival but makes sense. St. Henry will be next for the Colonels.

I still would not count out Corbin still. The final 4 will be tough.

Great game by the Birds. I honestly expected much more from CovCath and the game was not as close as the final score showed. This is not a shot at CovCath but was really dumbfounded by their student section leaving halfway through the third period. Wow

More importantly, is there an update as to how they did head to head on the Summer Baseball ⚾️ Circuit?

CCH is a good Football Team and you never can count out Eddie in a big time game! It should be a dandy!

How did they finish last year?

I personally will enjoy watching the Colonels these next 4 years!
