Campbell County pass blocking at all 3 levels is a MAJOR concern. No matter who has came in the game for Scott County, there is almost no time in the pocket for Camel QBs. Another punt for Campbell County.

Fakes by this JV team have my eyes wandering! Not often that happens at the varsity level, let alone JV! They’re just inside the red zone on a second and long.

Play caller for the freshman is Clay McKee once again. Could very well be the next head coach for Scott County when Jim calls it a day. Hopefully that’s not anytime soon!

Freshman are joint practicing. Camels are running their punts/kickoffs while Scott County returns right now.

At halftime for varsity, Frosh take the field. This class for Scott County looks big in the trenches and tall/lengthy in the secondary. Should be another year of dominance for freshman football!

JV drive stalls at the Camel 33. McKee elects to punt. This is within range for the FG unit, but I assume they want to get some work in for everyone today.

I don’t mind this at all. Franklin will have their hands full with the Wing-T next week too!

County JV is now in at offense. I believe this is still the camel starting defense. 3rd and 2 coming up.

Camels on 3rd and 9 try a screen to their slot WR. Ends with their QB taking another shot and the camels are punting. Cards get the ball at the camel 37 after the fair catch.

Nick Ranson and a Campbell county player got tangled up and had a few shoves back and forth. Once they separated, another camel player came in and pushed Ranson which costs the camels 15 yards to start their drive.

Long run by who I believe was Jamarlon Herring sets up another wide open touchdown for Anderson Owens on a pass. 28-0 Scott County with 5:42 left in the half.

Camels FG is blocked. Camels kicker holding his right ankle but is hobbling to sideline.. Side note: Lucas Fint is not playing tonight. He is on the sideline, and not in pads, Emongo seems to be in pads but pacing the sideline. He has not yet entered the game.

Camels rollout and hit a wide open WR on 4th and 6 for a first down. Camels have entered the redzone.

Concerning sequence for the camels. Scott county runs power to the left side and the back gets stood up but breaks the tackle. All 10 of the other camel players stopped moving as soon as contact was made and our player breaks past for another 15 yards. Next play, we run a fake toss and hit Anderson Owens for a long touchdown pass. Every defensive player had their eyes and body moving towards the toss and didn’t know it was a pass play until the ball was almost in Owens hands 40 yards down the field. 21-0 Scott county late in the first.
