Agreed. Jefferson and Fayette County schools allow for some form of open enrollment. Jefferson County and Fayette counties are not similar in terms of enrollment to Boone, Kenton, and Campbell Counties. So its impossible to look at one football team and tell them to do what Fredrick Douglas did.

No I asked for you to list "the teams without a pulse". I'm smart enough to know its about the caliber of the players on the field and not how many Billies and Susans are sitting in the school building. I highlighted the teams that played in or won the state championship that year. The list of all the good teams from those years would be much larger. Your old tired attempts of bashing SK is played out and just puts down other really good football programs in the process.

That's bold to say many of these teams didn't have a pulse. I'm surprised their fan bases let you get away with such blanket statements.

Name them... Go back through the last 12 years and show me the "whole bunch of teams from smaller and lower-classed schools to fill out their non-district schedule" So out of the 7 non-district games tell me the 4 or 5 teams a year that are soft opponents. Also name the teams outside of Trinity that they are "consistently" unable to beat. It's easy to restate talking points without the specifics to actually back it up.

A decade or so?? I'm going to say 12 years is a decade or so. Simon Kenton had 104 wins in that time. That's a whole lot of teams without a pulse. I'm pretty sure the majority of the teams in the state would love to have that many wins.

Cooper is way more talented. It all comes down to if Cooper can stop Scott Co's offense. Scott Co has benefited for many years having elite players running an offensive that no one runs anymore Very hard for a defense to prepare for that offense in 1 week when it is nothing like what teams have seen all year. Recently some of those elite players are now at Great Crossing. With Cooper having seen SC each of the last two seasons and having better athletes I'm picking Cooper by 14.

That would be a long shot, not much Varsity experience. Not sure what his role on the staff has been out there the last 3 years but I think that's all of his varsity experience.

I would be more shocked if X wins by a lot than Ryle. I don't think Ryle's players are going to be scared of "X" this time around. 6A seems to be more wide open than in the past and the landscape looks a lot different this year already.

Ryle should win. They should feel really good about the adjustments they made in the second half of the first game.
