I have zero kids and zero desire to have kids. I still think the guy is a moron. As a coach of youth sports I will tell you from firsthand experience that there are cases where parents go overboard and that sometimes specialization leads to a crappy teenager. But, overall, sports are a HUGE positive in any child's life and I don't think that specialization has anything to do with it. Those crappy parents are going to be crappy parents no matter how many baseball games little Johnny plays or dance recitals little Susie goes too... -
Early favorite. Like the size. Pleased with the company. Have to see if it fits this stupid air mattress. Mountain Hardwear Optic 3.5 Found it for $228 here.

Well, it DOES look like I'm looking for a bigger tent now. Even though I think the Drifter has plenty of room it's become apparent that in order to have happy camping trips I'm going to need a bigger tent. So, I'd like to stay as light as possible still. It would be nice if it could fit her previously mentioned queen size air mattress. We need room for the two of us to sit be able to sit up in it. The dog may be with us too. Hoping I can fill these with under a $300 budget. Weight isn't as important as I think it may be used for car camping with hiking thrown in and I doubt any backpacking happens this year. Though if it does come to fruition I'm hoping to get something that the two of us can comfortably pack. One thing I don't want to budge on is the quality. After getting the Drifter there is no way I'm going back to Coleman or any other Wal-Mart tents. Finally, this thing needs to be easy to put up. My search has just began so I don't have anything in mind just yet. But may check back in for advice as the search progresses. Right now we have a Ragnar Trail Race lined up where we will be camping a few miles from our car for a few days. After that we both have a week off and the plan is to throw a tent down somewhere.

WHY Do You Follow The Teams You Follow?
formerkywrestler replied to Colonels_Wear_Blue's topic in BGP Break Room
LaRue County H.S. - graduated from there UK - I'd like to stay in the will Florida Marlins - the cereal my brother and I ate at the time the Marlins came to fruition was giving away baseball helmets as the prize. My brother and I traded off who got the prize from box-to-box. He got a Colorado Rockies helmet at declared himself a huge Rockies fan. Instantly I picked the other "new team" for my loyalties. His didn't stick , but mine has. I didn't have any MAJOR rooting alliances passed down to me (that I knew of) in MLB so nothing was already firmly ingrained. -

Yesterday - a 400 wu, 6 x 200, 500 kick, and 150 cd in the pool. Followed up with a windy hour on the bike and a 50 minute brick run. Today - 2 hilly hours on the bike with soul-crushing wind. Followed up by a 15 minute "check your cadence" brick run. For a cool-down went with the family for a 5 mile walk around the lake in a pair of flip-flops like a dummy. -
Come south a few hours and you can get ALL the yard mowing experience you want.
