Gallatin Vs. Carroll on Thursday night is looking to basically be the championship game with how the bracket worked out. 3rd meeting between the 2 rivals this season. I’m very excited to see this game!

Not true. Gallatin did win its first game last year by just won point but the 2nd game they won by I believe over 50. Then lost to collins by 2 points in a game most of us said they gave away at the end. So they were 2 points away from being 3-0. Completely agree that this Gallatin team is going to be fine.

Gallatin was barely able to hold off Holmes last year in the season opener and they seem to have lost a lot. Can they go into Holmes and beat them? Seems to me like Gallatin could potentially prove a lot in this first week and rocket up the rankings. Have Holmes Monday and then at Collins Saturday. Excited to see how this region shakes out. Lot of great basketball ahead!

Don’t think Grant County will be able to keep up with South this early in the season. Luke Morrison is as good as it gets in the 8th region and he will show that tomorrow. South will end up winning and it won’t be close.

Your right Cosmo. Gallatin will have they’re chance to prove themselves very early opening the year at Holmes and then going to Collins for there 2nd game of the year.

Will definitely be between Carroll and Gallatin in the 8th. Give the nod to Gallatin as of now but we’ll get to see the matchup twice before the All-A Regional. Expect to see it a 4th time as well in the district championship. Gallatin beat Carroll 3 times last year in some very tight games. Think Gallatin will be the better team but those games will be a lot of fun.

Gallatin has had some great teams the past few years and it’s always hard to count Jon Jones out. They lost a lot last year but they also have a lot coming back. The 8th region is a very deep region this year but it’s hard for me to put Gallatin outside of the top 6. Believe there’s at least 6 or 7 teams that can beat anyone on any given night and potentially win the region.
