I think Green will be pretty solid. They should be clear favorite to win district. Playoff run is gonna decide if they can get stops on deffense. Seymour should lead the team in most categories. I like to see McKinney moved into the back feild for some hard nose running. Hodges should be much improved, and will have just as many targets to throw to. The most important thing like last year will be deffense. Can they improve and fill the holes that SR group left? TBD.
You say they should be a clear favorite to win the district so I’m assuming Metcalfe lost most of their team. Also Monroe has a very good past in football even though they have struggled lately do you think they will show improvement this year. Don’t know how much you know about those two opponents but with them being in the same district I’m sure you have some knowledge of what they have this year.

Tougher schedule this year but might be their best team ever. Only problem is sometimes you can be better but play a tougher schedule and not fair as well.
-
This is a really challenging schedule.

I would say he didn’t just sit down and write this list all at once he’s probably been keeping track as he goes or has an incredible memory. I could never do this I’m devoted to one team and try not to miss their games but congratulations to you sir that is a heck of a accomplishment.

From a win/loss standpoint Barren and Warren Central made the best choice.
I know for Barren Co being this close to BG has been a nightmare getting your brains beat out in football and never anyone having a chance to go to the state tournament in basketball gets old and I guess they are just sick of it.

So what are we trying to get at with this that rich kids who can pay for lunch are better at football than poor kids who can’t pay for lunch. I think this has to be the most ridiculous topic I’ve ever seen discussed.

Breathitt over Corbin 2002. 51-0.
That seems crazy but I do remember BC had a couple of really good teams but I can’t imagine a score like that these days.

I know Warren East’s field is hard to look at. I’m not particularly a fan of non green fields or turf for that matter. I guess I’m a dinosaur but I do understand there is less up keep for the turf fields and I would assume less cost over the life of the field. I guess I just think back to my days and how much I loved the smell of that natural grass.

What kind of leg does the young man have.

I would probably move Boyle BG and CAL up. I know it’s hard to move the 6A clubs down but I think this years 6A group was not as strong as past years.

I was expecting a Cal victory but not like that.

15- Corbin
5- Frederick Douglass
4- Male
3- Beechwood
2- CAL
1- Pikeville

Polls on message boards are more influenced by available fan bases.
RPI, Calpreps, record; all point to the title as Corbin's to lose. The Hounds ARE NOT the underdog by any stretch of the imagination.
And that’s your opinion but that’s not my opinion and I do get one by the way just because you don’t see it the same way doesn’t mean you are right it also doesn’t mean I’m right but in my OPINION I think if Corbin wins then most people on here would consider it an upset.

How is the unbeaten #1 ranked team the underdog????
The poll has it 32-16 in favor of Boyle and I think most people on here expect Boyle to win so that’s how I figure it to be a upset.

Seems like I’ve been picking against Bardstown the whole playoffs and they just keep winning but I think this is the game I’m finally right on. Give me Cal 37-13.
-
Who ya with I’m with the Redhounds in the upset 24-21.
-
Pikeville is supposed to win and they will 42-21.
-
I would love to see BE win but I just don’t think it will happen give me Male 35-14.
-
I’m going with FD 27-20 but I wouldn’t be shocked if BG wins.
-
I went against BW last year and it kept me from winning the picks I’m not making that mistake again give me the Tigers 38-20.
-
5- Bryan Station
4- Lexington Christian
3- Bardstown
2- Ballard
1- Bowling Green
-
Corbin’s last championship in 82 was over my Scotties. I think Corbin gets the win but I wouldn’t be shocked in FC won.
-
I think Ballard had the more convincing win last week.

It’s funny how people look at things with onside kicks and late two point conversions if you go for them and make them your a genius coach but if they fail they’re idiots.

I know most of the Louisville schools play each other mostly but I don’t think I’ve seen one lately where they only played Louisville schools.
