Fun game to watch. Very similar to the first game played in Fort Mitchell. Colonels with some uncharacteristic turnovers that kept Beechwood in it. Tigers missed some crucial free throws down the stretch, but so did the Colonels. Schilling had an answer all night long, as he was well deserving of the MVP. Looked like Mayer was pretty tired towards the end of the game, but that will happen with only a couple games under your belt. Brannen seemed hesitant early in the game but made the three ball in the corner when it mattered. Sets up for an exciting regional next week. It wouldn't bother me in the least bit if these two matched up again with the Sweet 16 berth on the line.

Mayer has to be close to a triple double.

I think this ends up being closer than people think. Close game throughout until the 4th. Cov Cath by 7.

CCH & Cooper are the clear favorites going into next week. Experience always plays a factor the deeper these teams get. Depending on the draw, I could see Beechwood and/or Newport making a run.
