Maybe Highlands was just dehydrated from playing in the “sweat box” their has to be some excuse why the lost, right?

Senior Kara Zimmerman scores her 1000 point against Simon Kenton. This is a huge accomplishment because she didn’t play varsity ball until her freshman year. Congrats to her, great player and even a greater person. Good luck next year

Sounds like they shot the ball well. They could of used that shooting February 8 against the thoroughbreds.

Great game up on the hill over the weekend. Senior night for the Lady Breds and they put on a good show winning 43 to 41. Controlled the game throughout but the Lady Stangs had a chance to tie at the end but couldn’t get it done. Kudos to the senior girls from New Cath they really showed up to play and it showed.

Maybe highlands wanted to get up by 30 so there would be a running clock and then the game would be shortened. I don’t think winning by 30 is that big a deal

Saw both teams play this year. HHS has more offense and ND has more skilled players could be decided on a goofy play like a hand ball in the box. Flipping a coin may be better than picking a winner

You would think they would have a back up plan. That’s a pretty big deal for the small schools and to have it just cancelled doesn’t seem fair

What was the score of this game at the end of regulation, if any.

I believe there still going off last year results they have st Henry ranked higher than ncc and ncc just beat them. I’d give it a couple more weeks
