I'd argue that Wilson has gotten better. The time just isn't there. I remember Andre Woodson having similar problems.

That's why i've been calling it an offensive line problem all along. The difference from the South Carolina Carolina to this one is the offensive line. They lack cohesion, and just flat out have no clue what pass protection is. Couple that with a defense that knows it must key on the run and you have a problem. The rush must be complimented with a passing game. Wilson just isn't a threat to throw the ball beyond 20 yards or more 4 to 5 times a game. That makes you easy to defend, especially in the SEC

That's how I see it. Wilson sees the open man, but his timing and delivery is way late. But there isn't a better option. I think Wilson has room to grow, but it's obvious that he doesn't trust his arm. UK has to be in the bottom 20% when it comes to passes of 20 yards or more.

At least now we won't have to sit through a bowl where they get handled by UCF.
