CJ I believe was coming off a broken foot, Walter got in way better shape, AJ was rested from football, and Ruthsatz just got way way better.

I would say he has. This was the only year he had the most talent in the region.

If he is it’s a lock that the Colonels win a baseball regional. I would put the damn kid on every roster in the school for every sport ! HE could help every sport win somehow!

AJ is the best athlete in the history of Covington Catholic and its not close. He starred in a Champ Football team and made the state and region all tourney basketball team for the best basketball team in the history of the school. Watching C.J. and AJ over a four day period was as good as it gets.

So Ruthsatz is now the greatest coach in NKY history? Two state championships and a final four in seven years! Heard a coach once say it isn’t about the Xs and the Os but the Jimmys and the Joes. I agree that players make a difference but Ruthsatz could go across the street at the girls school and win a regional tommorrow. He’s that good of a coach. While he develops these kids In confident that Covington Catholic could play Fern Creek And Scotty County this weekend and the coaches could switch sides and Ruthsatz will Beat you. He will win with his guys and he can beat you with your guys. Just a fact he’s on a run that NKY has never seen.

From what I’m saw all year. Get a lead get ball in Fredrick Ruthsatz hands in the fourth q run clock you foul they make free throws. Seemed like winning basketball all tourney, Moeller, Cooper, Madison Central etc, that’s not playing not to win that’s playing to win, they missed three free throws all tournament with Fredrick going 31-33 ? Are you serious?

As is Pickerton Central and the team that beat Covington Catholic won the Florida State Championship I was told.

I said it before the tournament. CJ Fredrick is the best player in the state and it isn’t even close. Can someone figure out what his four game state tourney run was with his stats. In my 12 years attending the tournament I have never seen a more calm emotional confident kid at the tournament! As I stated I never heard the kid in interviews mention not getting Mr. Basketball but compliment his teammates and say Im trying to do everything I can to help the team win. I tip my hat to you young man class act and you alone were worth the price of admission!

Good luck to the Camels. Great year and should of won. Tough break. Really enjoyed watching them play for the first time this year. Very very well coached and kids play their tail off. Not sure what grade Jolly is in but he’s a player. Easily one of the five to ten best I have seen in the games I have seen.

I was sitting in the section and this is completely False. Covington Catholics team kinda cheered when the kid hit a 3 as they watched on the jumbo tron. After game some Campbell lady started yelling how they should cheer for Campbell because they are from NKY. Then they did that Cheer the students do when they come out on court. Then that made her more mad and she started yelling at the Covington Catholic coaches and PRIEST saying they are a joke and bad Catholics. Very embrAssing sore loser seen by two Campbell County Moms. The funny thing is the two Campbell fans behind me said she’s a coaches wife and she’s crazy. I thought I’m sure Covington Catholic wanted Campbell to win because they would kill them. Bad moment for Campbell and some lady going after a PRIEST! She really should apologize because what I have read is nothing what happened.

Another kid who was very very valuable and will be if Covington Catholic meets Scott is Micheal Mayer. I was told in stands he’s the next big football deal in NKY. He has to present fear in other high school kids he’s a monster.

MY 12th Sweet 16 and I’m trying to remember someone who has played as efficient and calm as CJ Fredrick. Yes Best player in KY. What is his line from last night and tonight combined?
