It’s like I’m watching a replay of the BG - SW game.

Rash was absolutely my favorite stadium to play in, it’s sad that it can’t be as packed as it normally is in the playoffs. But man, I can’t over state how amazing it is to play at during a playoff game.

Rewatching a couple of Bowling Green’s past games, Dingle has been the key to opening up many holes in the run game. They like to pull him a lot and he’s outstanding at it, I do wish they’d get him the ball more. The kids a stud and is hard to get down no matter who’s tackling him.

I remember high fiving him every time we ran out to take the field. Rest In Peace.

Bowling Green’s DL has only met their match once (or twice if you count SW) this season (Trinity), they’re very very good with their hands as they always are. I’d say I’d their DL plays the way they normally do, Caleb Jacob will have to play a great game and make fast decisions.

As a Bowling Green fan who doesn’t know much about Cov Cath’s current roster, could you draw some parallels of players from SW to Cov Cath? From what I’ve read in this thread so far and watched online, Cov Cath seems more like Saint Xavier with a smaller line and possibly a better QB.

It’s most likely because us Bowling Green fans are used to high quality, free broadcasts for all of our games. I obviously want free broadcasts for this game too, but I understand why schools do charge.

I hope he gets to play, he had some knee issues during the lacrosse season too. He’s as tough as nails and unless his arm isn’t working, he’ll play through it. As you said though, it’s next man up and I know Coach Williams will prepare them. They’ve done an outstanding job this season.

Might just be me, but long bus rides were my favorite. I specifically remember the ride to Fern Creek in 2016, there’s something charming about it. By the time you arrive you’re more than ready to go.

D-1, I doubt it, although Connor Cooper is a preferred walk on at WKU. Competition can’t always be measured by amount of D-1 players though. I understand CCH not being able to schedule the same due to COVID, it’s no knock on them, they always schedule tough. As you and I both mentioned, the players who have experience will understand the circumstances with playing an opponent like this, and so will the coaches. I look at CCH a lot like SW or Saint X, very well coached and athletic. Fun Fact: In 2016, the last dominant year of BG in 5A, only three players went on to play D-1 football. One of those being a freshman.
