Well that was a terrible year to be watching Conner softball. Thanks for Jim Hicks for stepping in to a bad situation. Between a coach making a bonehead decision to get this season off to a bad start, a player whose family has been a challenge, whose dad wanted to fight people, a senior who was suspended twice for multiple games for various violations, and then all of the rain it was a wasted year. I feel for the seniors who were good teammates as well as the underclassmen who had to go through this. Here's hoping to me getting to enjoy softball next year at Conner.

Run rule in 5 innings. Is there any truth to the rumor that all Eagle players had to have their bags searched and phones confiscated before the coach gave the post game speech?

What happened after the game ended? I heard a coach got pretty upset.

No but I thought he was really good.

Cooper is just so inexperienced it seems. Cooper has some soul-searching to do about the program.

Conner needs to open it up and not just let the in house guy get the job.

Reid was better than the score indicates.

Cooper coach sure seems whiny.
