Wow...what a game to watch tonight. Didn't expect Dixie to win. That's going definitely get Dixie some looks & drop Conner in the nky polls. Dixie showed up tonight.

Not sure Conner is solid #5. I know it was a close game w/SK yet it was very sloppy game on grass field & pouring down. They only beat Bo. Co. By 1 score. Campbell Co. Impressively beat Cooper by 3 scores. I see Camels, NCC, & Highlands ranking above Conner @ this point. Totally agree w #1-4 in that order.

I agree, Jags Offense played much better & 3 of 4 TD's came from underclassmen. D line & middle linebacker position is still very questionable for Jags. Hope these AMAZING COACHES find an answer.

U were definitely an assistant....because Head coach makes way more. & To answer your question....Yes I'm totally sure 3 players went & asked Borchers.... & all 3 times there was no valid reason as to anything players did wrong...& He just changed his mind before the game & didn't communicate that to the players. It's clear to see u r a Borchers fan... that's ok...every coach needs fans & supports...yet the players deserve to be told the truth up front. I'm going end the conversation here...if you'd like to chat after 3 more games & continue to discuss this that would be great. Just make sure u r watching the games...if not really no need to discuss this downhill spiral for Jags....Hope they start turning it around & wish them the best

I agree w/ u on a few points. 1. Jags have come very far in 10 yrs. 2. If juniors/seniors punt & get replaced...suck it up, work hard, if you want your spot back. 3. It's difficult to support a coach that tells players on Thurs they are starting, then Fri they don't. ( Has happened to 4-5 players) & Borchers didn't communicate to any of them why he "changed his mind/basically lied to teenagers faces". Coaches & ppl lose all credibility when they aren't honest & communication is key. 4. I understand commitment & time consuming...Yet let's remember it's A PAID JOB, not a hobby coaching HS Ftball... I hope I'm wrong, yet see the polls & rankings. Cooper started season ranked 5th...3 weeks later not in the top 10. I hope they can turn this 0-3 start around.

I disagree. Cooper doesn't have the talent nor leadership to go 7-0 from this point. I hope they are able to pull out 3 of the final games w/Wins, yet I've never seen a WINNING TEAM change up the line up, etc weekly & be successful. If the seniors aren't going lead, then it's time to play the younger players that are busting their butts on the scout team & build the future.

I agree...most teams in nky could have an average game & still beat Cooper. Cov Cath JV in 2nd half still held Cooper scoreless & Cooper left several Varsity players in the 2nd half.

Agreed...& Players been told they Starting @ 1 position on Thursday & Borchers changes everything @ gametime. No consistence & grabbing @ straws thinking freshman is the answer @ rb... Whitchy's gained more yards by far this season than an other RB... I hate to see there's some good Jrs ready to walk away & not play next season. If changes are made quickly I could see Cooper Ftball program headed in the wrong direction.

I look for Burch to show his state championship Ftball arm in this week's game. He's smart & makes good decisions. Plus they have a nice running game.

Cooper has 2 strong running backs w/ Shlarman & whichty in the backfield, Armour can run from the QB position, & if they'd throw the ball more than 1 time a game to Perry I think they'd see some offensive yrds & success. Yet, it seems they are putting lots of faith in a freshman now having him run the balk & receiver. Sorry, but he's not the next Dante Hendrix...when Cooper realizes that & starts feeding the ball to the above mentioned players...then we'll start seeing WINS for the Jags!

I think this is a toss up game. The team w/ the least amount of TO's wins this contest & I think it's decided by 3-7 points

Cooper seems to be changing things....daily, weekly, w/ no real game plan nor consistent line up. It seems thing are being changed more than their underwear. At some point they are going to need to stick w/ the same game plan & continue to develop it. Yet, when your 0-3 I guess what could be worse...just flip a coin & roll w/it. Camels by 21pts is conservative. It could be uglier for the Jags. Players moral isn't something to write home about. I hope I'm proven wrong!

Walton Verona should replace Cooper for Wk #3.

There's a HUGE chance any team in N.Ky is above Cooper. It's difficult to watch the Cooper Jrs & Srs. have such a rough season. Their moral is down, their effort being questioned, not seen any positive results from this team. They seem to be moving in the wrong direction quickly & hope things can get turned around quickly.

They are really good! I don't see a team in N.Ky coming close to them. They destroyed Cooper for beginning to end. Even w/ CCH JV team in & Jags left starters in, they still shutout Cooper. There is definitely a high quality of coaching @ CCH & they will go far this yr.

Rumor I heard was that CC asked to move to Thurs or sat & Borchers didn't agree to either.
