  1. The only way Catholic doesn't win by a landslide is if they take starters out after the 1st quarter. Not sure that will stop the landslide. Catholic by a bunch!
  2. Or maybe we can just leave it up to smart people like you to figure it out. Oh wait, that's how we got where we are now. Never mind.
  3. Say what you will and blame what ever school you want. Bottom line is, the schools aren't to blame. This is like beating a dead horse. Kids in BG and Warren county will go to school where ever they want. You take small schools like Monroe. They have to coach and survive on what they have. They do not have the luxury of 4 other schools to potently get athletes from. Until someone finally steps up and enforces the rules, this will continue to happen. I can not and will not support the hype of how good SW is or can be. Level the playing field, then lets see where they stand. They might as well put an * beside everything they accomplish.....Its worthless!
  4. I agree that re-districting has to happen, but it also has to be enforced. This is already out of hand and has been for sometime. Potentially some very unhappy people in the near future. Going to be interesting to watch.
  5. Unfortunately South Warren wins easily. When the deck is stacked as bad as it is in SW's favor, this is what you get.
  6. Don't think I would go quite that far, but you are right in saying it makes no sense. Purples have nothing to gain here and everything to lose. One of those deals where you have to play someone. Unfortunately for Barren, its them.
  7. I have heard the same rumors only in Richardsville area.
  8. Some where along the line, someone is going to have to start making sure that kids are going to the schools they are zoned to go to. If they are paying tuition, that is fine. But lets be real here, everyone knows that's not happening. There have been way too many coaches talking and no one can say this doesn't happen. Warren county has a great athlete pool to choose from. It should be a level playing field and its not. East and Central have been walked on for way too long. Glad to see their finally getting some of the things they deserve.
  9. Can't deny what's in black and white, just don't have to believe it.
  10. I will give credit where it is due. South Warren is a power house football team. Really well coached with really good athletes. What I don't get is why they are in 4A instead of 5A where they belong. Sooner or later they are going to have to face the monster in the room known as the purples. They have shown they can play by the way they man handled John Hardin, but its time to man up. You can say what you want, but the bottom line is they are NOT a 4A team. Rumor has it that some re-zoning is about to take place between Warren Central and South Warren. Time to shake things up a little more.
