I think this is great for NKU and the Northern Kentucky area! NKU has had experience with big crowds before. Parking is a hassle at times, but you get that at any state tournament! Take the guys sweet sixteen for example. If parking is what you're worried about, I feel like that is an issue at any big event! NKU has a great arena, hopefully it can draw in a nice crowd! I know it will be packed with 9th region, maybe even 8th and 10th depending on who makes it out of the region. Having this tournament at NKU excites me!

How long has it been since Holmes has been the 4 seed??

couldn't agree with this statement more! Tom Haggard has completely changed Holmes program for the better! Next year they should be a team to fly under the radar.

Thomas is developing a good game, I think he will take over his brothers spot when he graduates. I noticed the Lemus brothers weren't there, which is odd! Holmes held their ground.

He played Mid today and did a great job. He tends to 'flop' but today he didn't and I think that changed a lot about the game having him in action instead of laying on the ground.

That's impressive! He's picked up quickly. Jamar has stepped up, he's so quick! If he develops better ball control, watch out NKY! I believe he's a junior??

I agree with that statement above! This was a different Holmes team! What impressed me was the composure they held. After going down 1-0 they could of folded, but they even the score up within 5 minutes with a goal by number 7 (he's a fantastic player). Give props to their goalie Roy Carter, I believe. He kept the Bulldogs in the game with some HUGE saves!

Holy Cross is a good team - they're recently coming off a win against NCC. Even though people seem to say NCC seems to be "down" it's still a quality win for the Indians. This game is just as important as it is for Holmes for Holy Cross. No one wants to play CCH in the first round. Holmes on the other hand, their a team where you never know what team they're gonna have. They can be good then they have their games when they look sloppy, and unorganized. But they're on a two game winning streak, which may give them some momentum going into Tuesday nights match up. Their team is better than what their record shows. With that being said.. I personally see this game going either way. They played earlier this season with HC winning 3-1. I say this game is a coin toss IMO. Best of luck to both teams!
