You northern Kentucky teams need to come down to Male to get a real game in. The purple and gold are the real deal. Stud quarterback that will run all over any defense and an O line that will handle any D line. SK, New Cath, all would have a tough time competing with Male.

Scott is going to start off the year by beating NewCath. My only concern for them is SK. -

Yes. What are you thinking???? Their first 5 games are going to be very tough besides Holy Cross. -
Spring ball has come to an end and I think that Scott may end up going 4-6. I think they lack in many different ways, majority in linemen, receivers and at the quarterback position.

Who are the players that have received invites? And to what camps? Majority of stuff you receive in mail or emails is an automated message. Have any of them been recruited yet? What year are they? -
Mustang75 I do agree with you somewhat when it comes to being God given, but God given talent is able to be increased by hard work, discipline, and proper training. Do you think all Division 1 college football players just were given the opportunity? No, they worked their butt off to get to where they are. Just my personal opinion. Also, some people are in the right place at the right time, and have good connections.

Not trying to be a Debbie downer of any such, but if he is class of 2017, meaning he will be a junior this upcoming season..... I don't think any colleges are actually contacting him. Possibly, an automated email messaging system is used in this situation. I may be wrong but I don't think colleges may contact a player until sometime September of their junior year. When speaking in the aspect of a personal message. -

As long as this young man works hard in the off season, progresses with his footwork, and gets the grades in the classroom, I don't see why he should have any trouble getting a look from a good/high level school. Anyone know his stats? Age/height/weight. GPA. I understand he is class of 2017 but has he taken the ACT? SAT? -
Majority of the Division 1 football players you see today are naturally blessed with their speed, strength, and ability to play the game. But, you cannot make it if you don't put in the fourth and effort to better and prepare yourself. Yes, people may be naturally strong and fast, but that doesn't last forever if you don't maintain yourself through out your career. For example, in Mason,Ohio there is an athletic performance group called Ignition APG. This is a top notch training program that is designed for specific sport specific athletes looking to make gains on there wooed, strength, agility, etc... The downfall to using these type of places to get better may sometimes cost you an arm and a leg, but if your son is a well disciplined individual, and stays on the right track in school, not hanging out with the wrong crowd, doing the work that needs to be done..... The possibility of being successful and making it to the next level will be much greater. It's very sad to see great athletes throw it all away by making dumb decisions, after putting in all the time and work into their game, and getting the opportunity to play at the next level.

Relating to my previous comment "good God".... This young man looks to be very strong but my only concerns is his fundamentals and footwork. due to the fact he is only a sophomore, he has time to work on his footwork, but it will need to be done quickly if he plans to make it in college. -
