My understanding of drug tests is that you usually know at least a day in advance if you are getting drug tested. Alcohol leaves your system in a matter of hours so he was either wasted the night before and took his test early in the morning, or he drank before he went in to get tested. IMO the NFL shouldn't drug test for marijuana and missing a season for testing positive for alcohol seems too strict, but if he showed up drunk to a drug test he deserves to be punished. You can't fix stupid.

I posted Dave Wirth's name in the St X OC thread. I thought the thread was about Cincy X needing a new OC and I predicted Wirth would be the man. I don't know if Cincy X is even looking for a new OC, but IF they are I'm sure Wirth would at least consider it, especially if he got a teaching job at X.

LaSalle might not be the doormat of the GCL south anymore. They really lucked out when they got moved down to DII.

I know a lot of TMC players as well. I heard Hilvert left for other reasons. I'm not saying money didn't have anything to do with it, but according to my sources hilvert did not get along with the new president at TMC. I can't imagine that LaSalle pays their coaches significantly better than a college football program.

How would a former TMC player know anything about Hilvert's salary? I can't imagine him talking to his players about his financial situation.

It will be even better if Wirth ends up as St X cincy's OC.

I heard Highlands is actually closing their school district, meaning only students from Ft. Thomas will be able to attend. I believe it has something to do with lack of space. As far as having players from out of their district I'm pretty sure that CCH, BW, and NCC have had a lot more out of district kids in their starting lineups than Highlands, at least for the past 5 years or so.

I see. Still wouldn't be suuprised if Dave Wirth ends up at Cincy X though.

My prediction is Dave Wirth. He's known Specht for a long time and has a GCL background.
