Seems like you joined to make your points about the great job that is being done at HHS with the girls soccer program. Do not say you have no dog in the fight when it is pretty clear that you do based upon this post. They have reached double digit wins, whoopee!!!!! With what the team had coming back from last year were they not expected to be amongst the top 2 or 3 teams in the region even before the change in coaches? 3rd toughest schedule based upon what? Is the schedule not pretty much the same that it has been over the last several years or at least since Tom Kearns was in charge? Record means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things, it is simply how you are playing at the end of the year just like basketball, right coach? Looking at the KHSAA website and results it would appear that the HHS schedule was a little softer toward the end of the year, is that why they have finally had some success? Time will tell I guess, but that 5-0 beating at the hands of Boyle County sure sticks out like a sore thumb to me.

Tell them to send her to highlands. She would play varsity for her coach there just like the others.

Wow, miss a few days miss a lot. This thread has gone from a soccer game on the field, to parents scrapping in the stands to stone throwing about the coaches. Has this been a problem for these two teams in the past or is this just an isolated incident? I am sorry for asking this, but where was there ever a reference to the HHS coaches personal life in the prior posts to this thread? I thought we were talking about a soccer game between girls teams from Campbell County and Highlands.

Why all the talk about schedules when this is about a coaches poll that not even all the coaches voted in. Highlands is number 1 until someone knocks them off in NKY. Based upon early season results CovCath is number 2. For spots 3 and on, one could argue for SK, Dixie, Campbell County or Cooper IMO.

My question is if administrators think this is the nfl where we fire coaches during the season. Sad trulysad

First time i have seen either play in person and did not see anyone getting in anyones face except for the red card which was deserved. I would not say hhs plays good d. Being fast does not make you a good defender. Far too many fouls committed and one cost them a pk. Heard they lost a game ona similar play earlier in the year. Could have been 4 or 5 to nothing but could have been 2 to 1. Both of these teams have a ways to go to even be considered contenders in their respective regions.

Who was doing the verbal abuse? What was the dangerous malicious play?
