Well, they are losing about half of their starters including QB Nathan Christmas, WR Chad Lewellyn (signed with Navy), and TE Zac Passifiume (signed with Lindsey Wilson). They will be having a quarterback battle between rising seniors Tanner Young and Tristan Cusick. They return very good running backs Nick Payne(rising senior) and Tanner Lopez (rising junior), while also returning rising junior WR Cal Lewellyn (Chad's brother). Victor Anderson has joined the coaching staff as the running backs coach. Head coach Stefan Lefors will have a very young team with a lot of tools.

Sophomore Dylan Sexton pitches a complete game one hitter as the game finished in 5 innings because of run rule.

Combs gets the start for Beechwood going 5.2 innings giving up 7 hits and 1 run. Tates Creek gets three in the top of the 7th to win the game.

He pitched one inning against Ballard on Tuesday. I think they might either pitch him against Beechwood or against Tates Creek.

This is game is going to be played Saturday at CAL during the Louisville Invitational Tournament. Other teams in CAL's LIT are Muhlenburg County and Tates Creek. Each team will play each other once (round robin). Predictions?
